Equality in Rugby

Welcome to this course, created for Age Grade players. This course will focus on understanding, more about equality  in rugby.

When working through the course, we will cover the following learning objectives:

• Understand what Equality is
• Consider the importance of respect in the game
• Learn what unconscious bias is and how it effects us
• Consider stereotypes and the damage some can create
• Look at micro-agressions and how they can effect your team
• How you can safely challenge and report issues
